Guest guest
Try drinking your salt in lowsodium V-8. Tastes great!I would be more concerned about the effect of the HC on the liver, than the iodine, personally. I have Hep-C. I stopped taking HC and Florinef, out of concern for my liver, and have switched to adrenal glandulars. Based on the pupil test, I am confident I am getting enough aldosterone.Looking at temp. charting to see if I'm getting enough Cortisol.Jim > > I have not started using iodine yet as I have high liver enzymes... I have nodules on my thyroid, currently on 3grains NT, 17.50mg HC. > > I drink salt water everyday; 3-4 cups with 1/2 tsp sea salt. > > I was in my local healthfood store looking at trace minerals drops as I am getting really sick of drink the sea salt water- tried lowering the salt but the idea of a few drops of this concentrate in my water has me questioning the value of it... I would get magnesium, chloride, sodium, sulfate, boron. > > My other concern is the natural minerals/metals in it even though it says in trace amounts: one being bromide. > Is this a 'safe' product to use? > > Ionic Sea Minerals, Contains no other added ingredients.
