Zinc offsets negative effects of iron

I think we all spend soooo many hours researching our vitamins/supplements. I

have the following concerning iron and why it is important to take zinc to

offset the negative effects of the iron, although they should not be taken at

the same time.

zinc might help counter the unwanted effects of iron supplements, while still

allowing people to reap the benefits. "

Alot of us need to be taking iron to get our ferritin levels up.
