Guest guest
No, I meant why did you NOT take magnesium. Are you saying that it wasn't a decision to purposely leave magnesium out of your mix of supps? And did you then add it when you learned of magnesium's benefits and Dr. B's suggestion?? Sorry if this sounds confusing, but mg is the one thing we started with, so I'm wondering if I have done something backwards and should spend a period of time without mg... Thank you > > > > Reactions to iodine are generally related to > > > > 1) High body toxicity .... that overloads the > > 2) Overloaded liver ...that stresses the > > 3) Already fatigued adrenals > > > > I started at 50 mgs Iodoral. No adrenal support - but did have adrenal fatigue. Got my amalgams removed and started support at that time. I took Biotics Research Cytozyme AD and Rhodiola. I also took 5,000 mgs Vit C and Unrefined salt - no Mg though. I started that 2 years ago so I went 2 yrs no Mg. > > > > Hashi's and rT3 (other than this is a liver toxicity issue) have nothing really to do with your ability to tolerate iodine. > > > > Steph > > > > > > > > Re: Dear diary... This came on the heals of a cancer dx with 2 recurrences. I had to mentally deal with it and turn my thinking into the positive. Negative thoughts like that have been shown to be detrimental to the body. Read the book " Biology of Belief " . > > > > You could be adrenally fatigued which can cause dark thoughts and anxiety. Vit C, Magnesium, Unrefined salt are all good supportive nutrients. > > > > Steph > > >
