Guest guest
ACV is not a problem with iodine. Good idea for a cover liquid. -- >I take 16 drops in a glass of warm water with a splash of apple cider >vinegar to hide the taste (ACV does not change the colour so I don't think >there's a danger of affecting the iodine). > >Ziggy > > > > > > Hi > > I was prescribed Lugosi a few yrs ago but never followed through. Guest guest
Try using empty gel caps. I use “0” size which is just right for 1-5 drops Lugol’s. If you need more drops or have trouble filling (good idea to do this over the sink to avoid spilling and staining if you’re hand eye coordination isn’t great), use next size up (“00”). Gel caps work very well for taking such supps as Propolis, Oregano Oil, GFS extract, etc. Once filled, the caps won’t normally dissolve in your fingers for the brief period you have to handle them. Just make sure your fingers are dry while filling. Sonie Hi I was prescribed Lugosi a few yrs ago but never followed through. I've tried to take it but the taste is unbearable. Is there any way to mask it. I've tried in juice. Can I substitute painting? If so, how much do I paint?
Guest guest
How do you take the Lugol's? Does it need to be diluted in water? I did read that you should take it with a meal and earlier in the day. I tried placing a little on my skin and it vanished right away. I know that's not an accurate way of testing if you are deficient according to what I've read, but it was very odd that it did that. Thank you! Guest guest
Hi Lori, you can take Lugol's in a glass of water or juice. I take it in water with a little bit of apple cider vinegar. It can also be taken in vegetable juice or fruit juice. Kathleen How to take Lugols How do you take the Lugol's? Does it need to be diluted in water?
