Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Tomarrow we'll be heading off to Cedar Point! Davey's been talking about Cedar Point all summer long and we finally have a chance to go. This is his first time to go and I'm so excited for him. I was wondering if you know what Fridays are like at CP. Is it a crowded day like Saturday would be? I also heard something about a line pass or something so that people don't have to wait for over an hour in lines, Davey wouldn't be able to wait more than 10 minutes in a line and he's talking about those big new rollercoasters he want's to ride, he's finally tall enough to ride the big ones! Anyone know where the Maverick is located in the park? We want to make a bee line to it! LOL..... I'd like to also find a map of the park to plan our day's route, I didn't see a map on the website but I might have missed seeing it does anyone have a pdf or a link for a map by any chance? Well, any recommendations would be welcome. I'll let you know how everything went next week if you like. Yours Most Truly, n
Guest guest
n, I just visited King's Island with my 5 year old. They are now owned by cedar point. Just go in to guest services. They will give you a pass where you can go right up to the exit. This made an amusement park experience possible for my son (uh, waiting and ASD are not exactly synonymous). It worked really nicely; plus, most kiddos will be back in school, so I imagine he will have a great time. They let everyone in our party go through the exit line (we had five other people besides my son), so we all got to ride together. Hope you have a great time! Guest guest
Hi Amy, Thanks for the info about the guest services. That's very good. I'm glad it was a good experience for your family at Kings Island as well. Did you hear that Cedar Point has now has a family center to rest and relax with an indoor playground for young children, and they even have a nursing mother's room to relax and care for their babies. (That just blesses me to know they care about families., although I'm past that stage by about 9 years would've been nice to have way back when.. oh-well... <smiles> Yours, n In a message dated 8/28/08 8:25:08 AM Eastern Daylight Time, basketdeals4u@... writes: n, I just visited King's Island with my 5 year old. Guest guest
I hope Davey really enjoys his visit! Sounds like lots of fun. I wish I could get Xander or Diane to go to an amusement park. Neither of them want any part of going on rides though. Have fun! Gail
