Extension of Timeline for Public Comments regarding Special

Education Policies and Forms

The Office of Exceptional Children is extending the timeline for

public comments on Special Education Policies and Forms until 5:00

p.m. on May 19th, 2008.

If you were unable to attend the Administrative Hearing on April

28th, 2008 at the Riffe Conference Center in Columbus, please send

your comments, either by mail, fax or electronically, no later than

5 p.m. on May 19th, 2008.
