Mash the banana really wellAdd the beaten egg. Mix lightly Use an ice cream scooper to put into a pan to fry.Fry it in butter or coconut oil or if neither is tolerated. Use very light colored oil like extra light or extra virgin olive oil. Making small coin-type sizes (or a tiny bit bigger) seems easier to handle until you get used to cooking them.
