Guest guest
Jeff, We'll definately be checking this out.. my son is addicted to Youtube.. His main obsession is the Tank engine and he loves not only watching episodes on there but also loves watching the home videos other kids have made with their train sets.. which he now does as well and we let him use our camcorder to make his own.. But this would be a great tool for when he is at grandma and grandpa's house and they want to let him use Youtube but not have to watch every little second of it.. > > Does anyone else use YouTube videos with their ASD kids? > > We use YouTube videos with my son both as reinforcers and as a > self-guided leisure activity. Guest guest
Thanks for the feedback . I hope it is useful for you. Please feel free to pass it along to anyone who might get some benefit from it. We've had some success letting my son watch his playlist when visiting my parents' house and my brother's house. We try not to rely on this kind of thing too much, but it's nice to have an option when you are trying to interact like a real person.
