Social Skills Group Offerings for ASD children -- age 3 - 5

I have a 3 year old (almost 4) son with ASD. This summer he attended an Easter Seals Social Skills Group which was helpful (while it lasted) in working with sharing, conversations, getting along, etc. They do not have a Fall group.

Does anyone know of such a group in the Summit County area?
