Hi Amy,

I never thought of that. I have never seen that scholership data

Amy and ,

Last week you asked all who were interested in getting together to

discuss choosing a district to contact you. I tried doing so last

week, but I don't think my emails got through, so I am leaving a

message here hoping that one of you will see it. I am available

friday nights and any weekend (day or evening) except the afternoon

of Oct 19th. Thanks and I look forward to meeting you! Janice

For anyone interested: it sounds like sunday nights would be best for all.

Janice is coming from the east side, so perhaps we could meet somewhere like

Independence? I'd be willing to go wherever, though. Let's decide on a

day/time (usually anytime sundays are good for me) and a meeting place, so we

can post it for anyone interested.

Also--if you are in solon, hudson, twinsburg, strongsville, chagrin falls, julie

billiart, highland local, revere and are happy (or not)--PLEASE consider coming!

Any district is welcome, for that matter, but I know that and I are

particularly interested in hearing about solon and chagrin falls. Feel free to

email me or stephanie offline so we can set this in motion.

Feel free to forward this email as well. Email me offline if you have any

questions!

In addition to Twinsburg, I have also heard good things about

Broadsview/Brecksville and would be interested in hearing about

people's experiences there (either posted online, offline, or at the

meeting) Thanks!

Please continue to advertise once you have set a date...I know that so far, either of those dates works for us!

(10/12 or 10/26).

There is a Winking Lizard in Independence (LOL!) but they are usually closed on Sundays. I am not sure of a Panera anywhere near there...but there may be a Starbucks in the same plaza there on the corner of Rockside and 21? Not sure. The only Panera off the freeway in the middle that I know of is on Tiedeman off of I-480. We are in Medina County so somewhere in the middle would be wonderful!

Can we also possibly open up to discuss rights and other tactics families can utilize to make the best of their school district or placement, if a move is not feasible? Just a thought...

Thanks for all the info everyone, it has been extremely helpful!

How about if we meet up either Sunday, October 12th or Sunday, October

26th around 6:30 or 7 o'clock? I like the idea of Independence, but

don't know the area well enough to suggest somewhere to meet. I know

someone suggested the Panera off of 480 in Old Brooklyn--and I think

there is one off of Transportation Blvd, too. We could book the VIP

room (though that will mean we all have to purchase snacks--it is

usually part of the agreement to use the room). If anyone has other

suggestions, I'm open to them!

Janice, sorry your emails didn't reach Amy or me. Don't know why that

happened!? I am at sugarsheldon@....

Once we have a set time, we can advertise on this board for the

meeting. And other places???

:-) Steph
