Hi , This is Whole Food's list http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/specialdiets/glutencasein-free/ and they even have recipes and there is lots of lists/info on www.tacanow.org n, list owner here, has lots of experience with dietary interventions, so you can ask her as well, or you can join our Cleveland group for biomedical/dietary interventions by emailing autismbiomedcleveland-subscribe , with lots of people there knowledgable about dietary interventions or there is an ohio biomedical group, very active members, you can join them online here: Autism-Biomed-Ohio-subscribe I know you will get many more responses here as well! :-) Hope this helps some! ,GFCFdiet.com sells a shopping guide for only $22, but I believe all the info is there free on the site for you to print out. This is the single best resource I have found for the diet.
