Upcoming Holiday Party - Dietary Intervention foods.

We want to express our deepest appreciation for the Dietary intervention foods for the Holiday Party which are funded by: NAA-NEO (National Autism Association-Northeast Ohio Chapter and Provided by the ASGC (Autism Society of Greater Cleveland) & (Northeast Ohio family support and networking for Autism). To help you plan for your dietary needs listed below we have the following food items -

(we'll also have the ingredients listings upon request for food allergy content review).

All food items being served are listed. * You may want to bring extra snacks or food items for other dietary needs that aren't listed. We have fruits available for SCD strict dietary.

* Because of the high cost of GFCF foods we have a limited supply to about 30 people. We request that those who are strictly on the dietary be first served 12:00-12:15pm and those who are not strictly on the dietary to select after the initial lunch period (12:15 and after.) If not strictly on the dietary you may also select from the regular menu any time. (your patience will be greatly appreciated.)

Codes: GFCF = Gluten Free Casein Free

EF = Egg free

NF = Nut Free (exclusively made in a nut free environment).

SCD = Specific Carbohydrate diet

HB = Homebaked!

Company names are mentioned for those interested in what company produced that product.

Lunch Items:

GF (Gluten Free Pizza from Tommy's Pizza in Strongsville) - this is pending pickup tomarrow. (we may have Casein free pizza available also from another source.)

All Dietary Interventions: Fruit tray with bananas, apples, Oranges.

GFCF-EF-NF Soft baked snicker doodles by "Enjoy Life" mentioned allergy free on the box, allergy free of gluten, soy, egg, dairy etc. but if you're highly food allergic I'll have the box for reference. These are very tasty!

GFCF/SCD Fruit treats (like fruit roll ups but shorter). Strawberry, grape, and a few cherry. by Stretch Island Fruit Co. (Hurry while supplies last) <smile>

Beverage:

Certified Organic Sugar free fruit juice boxes. Small juice box, banana flavor made with real fruit. bottled water will also be available.
