The State of Ohio is calling upon Congress to review the allowance of

the neurotoxin mercury as an ingredient in vaccines and requesting

that legislative action be taken to ensure that there is no risk of

harm in vaccines.

Ohio State Senator Sue Morano has introduced SCR 29 – a resolution

to ask the Congress of the United States to review the allowance of

mercury as an ingredient in vaccines. Please take a moment to contact

your representatives and senators and request that they support this

important initiative.

The resolution will:

*Identify the fact that infants and fetuses are biologically least

able to expel heavy metals such as mercury from the body.

*Identify the fact that methyl –and ethyl mercury exhibits similar

toxic effects, and that the effects of ethyl mercury have never been

studied in humans.

*Acknowledge the fact that injected mercury has not been studied as

has ingested, inhaled or mercury exposure from dermal absorption.

*Ask Congress to review the allowance of mercury in any vaccine.

*Ask Congress to ensure, through legislative action, that there is no

risk of harm in vaccines.

Through this resolution the Ohio State Legislature will rise up with

one unified voice on behalf of all Ohioans and ask Congress to take

positive steps to protect our children against the exposure to potent

neurotoxins through vaccines.
