2009 Helping Hand Grants are provided through the Helping Hand Program, National Autism Association-Northeast Ohio Chapter once a year. Application postmark deadline is November 15. Partners in Policymaking® is a leadership training program for self-advocates and parents of children with disabilities. Mileage expenses for travel will be reimbursed. Lodging and meals for program participants will be provided by The Arc of Greater Cleveland. Respite care and assistant services will be addressed on an as needed basis. Applications MUST be postmarked by November 14, 2008 to be eligible. Faxed copies will be accepted. Final selection will be made by December 3, 2008.
