Section 504 protects the rights of students with disabilities who are

not eligible for services under the Individuals with Disabilities

Education Improvement Act (IDEA 2004). Comparison Charts for IDEA

2004 and Section 504 will be presented.

PRE-REGISTRATION is required – Registration deadline is October 31,

2008.
