Fwd: Important message from Doug on revised HB 170 - Autism parity!!

Good evening,

We are ready to jump back into the action now. Representative Ted Celeste is getting ready to introduce a new bill for Autism parity (see attached - it now includes ABA as well as several other positive revisions!!!). He has circulated a letter to ALL Representatives asking them to sign on and co-sponsor the bill.

Now we need you to call your Representative and ask them to sign on. We already have 17 bi-partisan sponsors, but need many, many more. I have changed the Representatives and Senators list because of the recent elections and attached it with all the correct revisions. Several have changed, but the phone #'s remain the same. PLEASE call your Rep NOW, if they have not signed on yet! I have noted in red the Reps that have already agreed to sponsor.

Now is the time for action. Call your Rep and let me know if they agree to sign on. If they say yes thank them and ask them to call Rep Celeste's office to sign up. This will only take 5 minutes. If they need to be enlightened on the bill send it to them and explain why we need this bill! Let me know if you need any help.

Does this amendment include any caps? I think it's foolish of us to ask for

coverage without some sort of cap--insurance committee will NEVER pass it, as it

was clearly explained to us during a town hall meeting in Medina.
