" Transition Drives the IEP " Presenter: Lyke, Ohio Coalition for the Education of Children with Disabilities (OCECD) When: Thursday, April 2nd Where: Medina City Library Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm Open to: Parents and Professionals This training is an interactive workshop to assist parents or professionals understand transition planning from school to the community. The Transition Plan is to be in place by age 16, or younger if appropriate. This training is recommended for parents and professionals of children age 14 years and older. **This is a very popular presentation and space is limited to first come-first serve for materials.
