HI

Yesterday we took our oldest ds, Tyler, to a pediatric neurologist for an

evaluation. He is very distracted and has a difficult time with remembering

things he has learned and he cannot retrieve many things that are in his

memory bank. This has posed a problem in school for him and we need to

figure out how to help him. Anyway, during the time we spent with this DR.

she asked tons of questions. I decided to ask HER a question! I asked her if

she felt the vaccines could have had any effect on Tyler and his problems. I

explained to her how at 2 and 4 months he had the DPT and how he screamed

uncontrollably for like 6 hours straight. (I am cringing, wishing I knew

then what I know NOW!!!) She was a bit careful in her answers, but first she

said that she was happy that I asked that because she ALWAYS asks her

patients about any vaccine reactions, she had just forgotten to bring that up

with us.

Her answer to my question was this: " Do I think that all of Tyler's problems

came from his shots, -----NO "

" Do I think that it played a part in his problems, --------YES, I think it

very well could have " .

" Have I seen enough vaccine damaged kids with autism and neurological

problems to believe that the vaccines can cause these problems, -------YES "

I was surprised. I really thought that when I asked about the vaccines

affecting Tyler's brain she would have said that it was just not possible.

Just wanted to share!
