PLEASE FORWARD/CIRCULATE WIDELY WITHOUT FURTHER PERMISSION:Rep. (CA) has asked the GAO do a report on restraint and seclusion in schools. The GAO is looking for documented cases related to restraint and seclusion in schools-- i.e. where there was a Due Process or some other type of ruling. The GAO doesn't have the resources to do a full field investigation. If you have gotten any rulings, could you send a brief summary of the case and your contact information to the GAO agent below. A.
