Guest guest
Jill, My husband is in the Air Nat'l Guard. He is required to get these shots. As far as I know there is no exemption. He has been out of town at military school and will be home Sunday. I can ask him then what happens if you are in the reserves and refuse shots. I think you will probably be kicked out as you won't be " deployable " without your shots. But I will ask to make sure, Ann
Guest guest
Dear Ann, Thanks for your quick reply. My husband has duty this weekend, and I've asked him to find out, but he is pretty sure it's required, too. UGH. We've thought about him getting out, but the extra money every month is so helpful... it seems to me that there should be exemptions, but then, I guess, if they contracted some disease while overseas, the gov. could be in big trouble. I'm sure they'd find a way to cover themselves, though! :0) Thanks for your help.
