I just got the ca form for vaccinations today. I can't thank you enough but

I would like to send you $ 5.00 to cover copying and postage. So if you want

me to send it to you please email me your address. I feel so much better

having the form. I also got some very interesting tapes about vaccinations

that someone else on the list sent me, if you would like me to copy them for

you I would be glad too.

Thanks again, the more I know the better I feel about not vaccinating our

baby:-)
