House Bill 8: Autism Insurance Parity Bill

HB 8 will require private health insurance companies to cover the screening, diagnosis, testing, and treatment of Autism.  Covered treatments will include: Diagnosis, Counseling services, ABA Therapists, the care of Rehabilitation, Therapy, Pharmacology, Psychiatric, and Psychological
