Guest guest
My sister in law Bev, has had a pool over 10 years she uses a hyperallergenic solution because of her girls allergies and sensitive skin. (this in addition to a good filtration system would be good for a child with autism if they tend to have behavioral reactions to allergians such as chlorine. I can ask what brand she uses. It's non-clorinated and I think it's some kind of natural agent. Me and my son have enjoyed the pool and the water is very nice and our clothes never smell like clohrine. I'll forward this to her email and hope she can return the answer. Guest guest
Sorry for the delay on this reply. My SIL didn't check her mail for a few weeks. below is her reply: btw: good luck with your pool. ~ n In a message dated 5/16/09 10:00:23 PM, wroller@... writes: I wish it was hypo-allergenic chemicals, but, I don’t believe they make any thing like that for pools. We Use bromine instead of chlorine to treat the water. It is less harsh than chlorine, but all pool chemicals are pretty strong. There are different chemicals to fix different problems in the pool. You have to test the water daily and add whatever is necessary. Like I said, I don’t believe there are any pool chemicals that are completely organic, but research on the internet is your best bet.
