Guest guest
, Thank you for the quick response, I know there is a lot to be excited about with this. I am really surprised on how many people have been paying for diapers when they do not need to. Here is the basic information, a- Child has to be 3yrs old or older b- Child must be on Ohio Medicaid, or enrolled in an Ohio Medicaid HMO program Those are the only 2 requirements, What will happen is when the parents call in to the office, we will fill out a 1 page document over the phone with the Parent. Once that is completed we will obtain a prescription from the child's physician and after that its pretty simple we will ship out the diapers to the Parents house at NO CHARGE, they need to understand that there is no copy, no charge for shipping it is a completely free service to them. We get paid from Ohio Medicaid to do this process and we handle all of the billing. If you have any questions, feel free to call me anytime. Since we are moving our office today and Monday. Its best to call me on my cell phone 440-715-3577 All parents can call my office number at 866-400-4347. They can either speak to me or Penny. Either of us can get this done pretty quickly. The whole process usually runs about 1 week for the Patient to receive the supplies. Like I said, its pretty easy. Thanks again and looking forward to seeing if I can help M.
