OCECD is partnering with the Ohio Department of Education again this year to provide the “7th Partnering for Progress: What Parents and Practitioners Need to Know About Special Education Advocacy†conference in Columbus, Ohio. The featured speaker is Matt Cohen, attorney and author of A Guide to Special Education Advocacy: What Parents, Clinicians and Advocates Need to Know.

This one-day event will offer informative sessions for parents of children with disabilities and professionals who serve them. A non-refundable $10.00 fee will cover lunch and materials. Scholarships are available.
