Guest guest
When does he turn 3? Autism scholarship is up to $20,000 per year (I know, it's a pathetic amount, but it's better than what most of our school districts are providing). We take our DS to a preschool in Middleburg Heights called Middleburg Early Education Center, but it's only 2 hours a day (his preK class is 2.5 a day). The staff there " get " autism and are so knowledgeable. I have learned so much from the other parents who are there, too. We then run a home ABA program (only 11 hrs a week currently--our one tutor is just coming back from maternity leave), and have private speech and OT. All told he receives around 26 hours per week. I would like it to be closer to 30 and 35 would be better, but finding good tutors which have openings in their schedules don't always make this possible. Feel free to email me offline. Good luck!
