Hi Everyone,

I just received this email and thought I'd share it. There's free resources for parents and video skill building resources for special needs children. They have a new section to help parents and caregivers. I haven't seen it yet but I appreciate what they've had on the site in the past. I'll include a link on our footer to return to this site being it's free resources.

The first four Spectrum View webisodes show you simple strategies you can use to reduce stress in your life.

Skill Building Buddies just released Episode 3: "Ways to Focus". While you're there be sure to check out Spectrum View host Cyndi's latest blog post. As a parent of a child with special needs, Cyndi offers insight and advice based on her daily experiences.
