You can also try mixing it in with some pudding, applesauce or a shake. My

daughter won't take it straight, it has a very strong (bad) taste.

This is definitley true. It goes bad easily and you will know it. Check the

dates on the bottles and try to get one made as rently as possible. We just

threw out what was left of a bottle that doesn't expire for another month,

but it started to taste funny.

Just wanted to share what I do with our Flaxseed oil. I sprinkle some on

baked potatoes or brown rice or pasta for my boys. They think it's butter,

since it looks yellowish on the food!!! HEH, HEH, HEH!!!

I will be careful of it spoiling, though.
