The Funk Brothers was a nickname for the Detroit, MI session musicians who performed the backing to most Motown records made from 1959 to 1972. The Funk Brothers played on Motown hits such as "My Girl", "I Heard It Through the Grapevine", "Baby Love", "Signed, Sealed, Delivered I'm Yours", "Papa Was a Rollin' Stone", "The Tears of a Clown", and "(Love is Like a) Heat Wave".

Thanks so much Shari!! I called JCC and left a message with Slesh. I have not heard back. I will wait patiently.

Shari would you know of an agency that will help my granddaughter diagonosed with cancer receive a computer for free. If you know of any agency, please advise. You seem to be a wealth of information. I do not mean to put too much on your plate -- there are just so many people in need of help these days and I try to help. Any consideration given would be greatly appreciated.
