Guest guest
I assume you're in a state that ONLY allows medical exemptions, not religious or philisophical ones? Here in CA, I was surprised to find out that our philisophical exemption says " immunization of a peron shall not be required for admission to a public OR PRIVATE elementary school... " . I, too, thought that private schools can make up their own rules, but then again I think under federal law, they can't discriminate either. I would think that a private school would HAVE to take a medical exemption (especially, even more so than a rel or phil one) because if not, they are discriminating against someone for medical reasons, which is illegal.
