SSI benefits and Autistic child

I was wondering if anyone had experience with the SSI process? I have been

denied two times on behalf of my child, not on the medical evidence ONLY on the

family income which is said to be over the limit set by social security. I have

my third level hearing set in the near future. Question, is it possible to

overcome this?

If you used a lawyer for this particular reason for denial providing a contact

name/number would be much appreciated.

Were in Cuyahoga County.
