So this could open up the opportunity to pass personal exemptions in the state of Iowa!!! Any one on this list that would like to get something started????lets talk! We can make a difference NOW! (Notice they never call her a DOCTOR, what dis-respect......) Dawn First Chiropractor named to state board DES MOINES(AP)- For the first time, a chiropractor has been named to the Iowa State Board of Health. Cheryl Hawk of Corralville was appointed to the board by Gov. Tom Vilsack and will serve into 2002. Hawk is currently serving as an associate professor at the Palmer Center for Chiropractic Research in Davenport, where she joined the faculty in 1993. The Iowa State Board of Health is the policy-making body for the Iowa department of Public Health. Its nine members adopt, amend and repeal rules and regulations and advises the govenor, the General Assembly and the director of public health.
