Guest guest
<<By the way, there is no need to use soap what-so-ever. I haven't used bathing soap for over 40 years and I never used it on my children--especially babies. >> And I thought I was the only one! *g* I do not use soap either, haven't in years and years. Well, actually I will use it SOME times on *some* parts (of me) but never on my babies. My babysitter , until I told her not to, used to use it on the twins if she bathed them and my daughter had the driest skin!! Since we stopped that - no more dry skin. I put them in the tub to soak and just shampoo. Guest guest
For my 2 and a half year old, I use one teaspoon flaxseed oil per day--seems to me there is a weight recommendation on the bottle. No reaction except good health! For Kezia's skin cream, I use Calundula Baby Cream by Weleda. It is Swiss, homeopathic wild crafted botanicals...etc etc. Phone # 1-800-289-1969 Weleda, Inc. P.O. Box 249, Congers, NY 10920 By the way, there is no need to use soap what-so-ever. I haven't used bathing soap for over 40 years and I never used it on my children--especially babies. If you don't use soap, the natural oils can fill the pores and the dirt, paint, etc. won't " stick " --just use a good natural bristle brush with some " elbow grease " and you will be clean and have great skin that stays " young " longer. When one gets as old as I, one appreciates that! Have you looked at The Exema Connection? http://www.eczema.cc/ They have a terrific plan for exema control.
