autism scholarship changes

Not sure how many on this list utilize the autism scholarship, but I

was wondering if any are following the proposed/planned changes for the

scholarship. Such as all tutors must be certified (as in as a licensed

teacher) effective July 1st...etc.

Just curious what your thoughts are.
