You may find that even if you go down to part time you may not qualify for many

of the grants or medicaid....so not sure if this is the route to go!

These are some that you can try, but they are somewhat income based.

ACT-Today at http://www.act-today.org

United Healthcare Children's Foundation at http://www.uhccf.org

TACA: http://www.talkaboutcuringautism.org/resources/financial_issues.htm

Also try the Autism Family Foundation of Northeast Ohio

" The Foundation's mission is to provide financial as well as emotional support

for family members dealing with Autism. They will also be establishing a North

East Ohio school-wide initiative for philanthropic service projects for

organizations titled " Angels For Autism " for the Foundation.

A website is being developed to address our mission, donation base , and

volunteer base.

For more information please contact Martucci, Treasurer ( 330) 688-1028 or

Barb Hudak, President at ( 330) 864-4414 "

And there is Lend4Health at lend4health.com for loans, interest free for up to 2

years

> Yes, I am working with MRDD and she?informed me yesterday that I don't qualify

for things such as medicaid; there is no more money this year thru ARC and the

Medicaid Waiver waiting list is VERY long.? She did tell me there were a couple

grants that are not income based.? I will certainly try for those.

interested in trying.? We are looking now at downsizing our house so I can go

part time perhaps.? Am now wondering what are good school districts for special

needs children?
