IMMUNIZATIONS: NEED HELP!!!!!

Hi there--

My son is 7 and in a public school in Solon. His immunizations are NOT up to date. I just got a letter from his school telling me this....

They want a note from our ped. stating that they are harmful to my son---I do NOT think our ped. would write such a note.

I know that I have seen some kind of form letter or something on-line that parents can use with school systems to explain/defend/exempt their kids from getting all immunizations....

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
