Guest guest
Hi, It can be helpful to eliminate either one and then the other. Usually whatever the child eats the least. Our son ate little dairy (except a ton od mac and cheese) so we cut that out first. His eczema and digestion got significantly better when we eliminated dairy. There are so many good substitutes for dairy and wheat now. I am happy to give you specific brand suggestions if you want to email me. Sharigoldberg22@... In a message dated 8/15/2009 8:17:21 P.M. His main diet consists of yogurt, chocolate milk and cheese. I thought that it may be too hard to make all of the changes at once so decided to start with the dairy. Any suggestions or advice? I have read a few books but they seem very overwhelming at this point. I am trying to go basic at first but do not know if this is the best course of action. Thanks so much..... ~ ~
