It comes and goes. I can more now than i could before i got desensitized and

taking singulair. I dont believe it was just singulair on its own tmhat did it.

I think for me its a matter of making sure i keep my regimine up. My sos is

determined by how stuffy i am which in turn is really about flare up , or

allergic reactions to something. Its kind of very hit or miss but my sos is

nothing like it was before i had samters.

i was put on singulair last September, within two weeks my sense of smell was back, i still use a steroid spray and take a small maintance dose of aspirin but no antihistimines. Not one sinus infections since i went on singulair! I do sometimes think it makes me a little low but i just up my vitimin C intake and try and work out. For me, Singuilar has been life changing. Hardly ever get sinus headaches anymore and can taste my food.

Good luck and don;t give up looking for solutions.

In the U.S. our tap-water has been proven to contain more "stuff" that's been proven bad for our health and for years I also would drink distilled water. Then I invested in a water filtration system to help remove the floridation, aluminum, and all the other harmful junk that's been added to our water. In a cost analysis of purchasing distilled water compared to a filtration system it doesn't take very long to balance out.

,

This is interesting, but you have to know that taking very high doses of vit C on a long-term basis may increase the risk of kidney stones. This may not be the case if you take it only for a short period.

Also, it is strongly discouraged to drink distilled water on a usual basis. This depletes minerals and creates severe imbalances which may result in various illnesses.> >> > i was put on singulair last September, within two weeks my sense of smell was back, i still use a steroid spray and take a small maintance dose of aspirin but no antihistimines.
