Another thing you can do is request a on going google search on natural healing. I have had one going for over a year. I get all kinds of info, some good, some opinions, and some are bad opinions. I also search for sites on the internet. Just type in the subject you want to know about and you will get pages up on pages of information. The owner is very involved in his own studies right now. I am trying to get my life back in line after taking care of my Dad's fiance who passed away with cancer throughout her body. The info I found, I used to help prolong her life from 4 weeks to 14 months. But it was her time to cross over. I am also, still taking care of my 85 year old Dad. I am also, trying to handle a hip replacement, a congenital lower back defect, a plantar facitis in my right foot and a damaged sacroliliac from a bad fall. All of this makes me slow moving. Lol. Now if I am dealing with this, I am very sure that others are dealing with their own problems and hectic lives. I could post some of the articles that I get from my google searches, but I am not sure anyone would be interested. First, when you eat,make sure you drink a glass of water about 15-20 minutes before you eat. many times we confuse hunger for thirst and we over eat.. next.. eat slow,when you eat,your belly says to you,i am hungry when you are full,it takes about 20 minutes for your belly to realize this and tell your brain. by that time you [people]have eaten much more than you need because you THOUGHT you were hungry. FOR you ART, you do not move around a lot I am guessing so to get rid of the boredom,you eat????? I am just guessing this,I really don't know??? find something to do, Native beading is something easy to learn and it will occupy your time and give you self satisfaction,maybe!!!! Next,can you get to a pool,maybe an indoor one, this is a way that you can exercise without walking. also you won't get all hot and sweaty!!!! to do this you must swim till you start to get tired, stop for 5-10 minutes then swim some more you need to heat up your muscles to burn the fat away.. And I read an article last week, that each bite of food we chew, should be liquid when swallowed. When I was a child I was told to chew my food 30 times. Naturally I forgot this when I started working. Those lunch breaks were only 30 minutes, which included travel time to and fro. Just type in the subject you want to know about and you will get pages up on pages of information. The owner is very involved in his own studies right now. I am trying to get my life back in line after taking care of my Dad's fiance who passed away with cancer throughout her body. The info I found, I used to help prolong her life from 4 weeks to 14 months. But it was her time to cross over. I am also, still taking care of my 85 year old Dad. I am also, trying to handle a hip replacement, a congenital lower back defect, a plantar facitis in my right foot and a damaged sacroliliac from a bad fall. All of this makes me slow moving. Lol. Now if I am dealing with this, I am very sure that others are dealing with their own problems and hectic lives. I could post some of the articles that I get from my google searches, but I am not sure anyone would be interested.
