Marty, days later you made me realize something. I have been drinking lots of water now for a few years. I am sipping it all day. Remember, I keep stating "drink lots of water because your body is 90% water and it needs replacing", well, I have noticed that I don't eat as much as I did. And You explained why for me. :-) I hadn't put the two together!!! Lol!
