Guest guest
, It sounds as though aspirin desensitization might be really timely for you. The allergy is not specifically aspirin, it is salicylic acid which is common in a lot of food (everything that grows in various concentrations) and medications. Successful desense takes away the trigger in all those things, not just aspirin. Check out this link to see food salicylate content. http://salicylatesensitivity.com/about/food-guide/ > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Although I am a Samters sufferer, I also worry that I might have some " sick > > > > house " issues, so I before I start throwing money at another problem I > > > > thought I'd check in with you all to compare a few factors if you don't > > > > mind. > > > > 1. Guest guest
The high salicylate content foods did not affect me at all. Yet if I had aspirin or ibuprophen before I was desensitized I would go into an ER type of asthmatic problem.
