They had for extreme loss 1600 some... I have about that for maintaining. I am eating around 3000-4000 calories now and losing. Low calories caused me deprivation,and always hungry.. My 1st plan was deal a meal cards at 1400, and 2nd plan was slim fast(1200) in the past.. I do take Zyflo which works better than SIngular, Just had surgery on all sinuses with MRSA and psudemonas and a bilfilm developed. Now am using pulmicort with saline rinses, xolair, allegra, symbicort, zopenex, epi-pen as needed, The hardest it sthe analphylatic reactions. I usually have sinsus surgery every 2 years.
