Guest guest
Been taking Flixonase spray recently for 3 weeks, as have been waking up with occasional dry mouth. I normally don't take it that long (max = 7 days) Some alleviation, but one morning after morning spit (sorry for the detail) saw dried blood in basin. Stopped flixonsae and it has n't reocurred. Went to ENT Dr. He said Pylps quite big with 10% clearance. He Flixonase spray was probably blasting at the same pylp and wasn't getting in the nasal vessels. He did query whether one of the pylps had changed, but in the end concluded it was benign from a visual inspection. Put me on predinisalone and flixonse ampoules, and advocated a tilted head to administer. I told him I had two surgeries previously, the last 20 years ago. He was surprised when he examined me at the poylp size because he couldn't detect any blokage frtom my voice. He said I was one of the lucky ones not to get sinus infections, which are a messy business. I hate being on prenisalone, but he said medical intervention is advisable, but did not seem an advocate for surgery. I know the polyps will be back for too long. Not sure what the point is. Still worried about his query, but taking predinisalone. Not sure about the flixonase. When I referenced desense he hadn't heard of it, but it sounded 'american'.
