Guest guest
and discovered a nifty paper on Bell's Palsy. I need to tell you all what my cousin learned when he had it (he is ten years younger than I and got it from not eating properly. so did my aunt.) When my brother got to the hospital, he evidently got one of the interns who had worked on q study here, this stuff was kept hush hush by the medical community since, too, so I believe it's true. (no money can really be made on this if it's well known. Too many will be sure to get their daily requirement!) The intern told my brother that it was a calcium deficiency which caused this. He gave my brother the type of liquid calcium which is readily assimilated and somewhat expensive, but necessary to aid recovery. When my aunt found out she had it I told her to begin making sure she always took her calcium tablets, and it worked on her as well. I have since made sure, especially since my late forties that I take a good daily dose of calcium myself, this dis-ease is very painful. Of course you can't just take calcium. One must also take magnesium and potassium as well, and in the ratio which allows each to work properly. Sports people know this very well, and so do those vitamin workers in health food stores, and they can readily help you in getting your ratio correct for the amount of calcium you need to ingest. Dont' get sucked into one tablet for all three, either, as that is really expensive. One table for calcium, and then a magnesium/potassium tablet will work very well, and are readily available in various amounts. I like the NOW brand, as it's easy to come by and relatively inexpensive, but there are lots of good ones. It's the same with zinc. Discovered I have been deficient my whole life, and been a nervous wreck as a result. When I began taking zinc, (with copper) my whole life shifted into a much more mellow zone. Amazing what getting the correct nutrients can do for one.
Guest guest
, thank you so much for sharing this experience from your family. My Dad had Bells Palsy in his face this summer. There is an ebook on Bells Palsy in the files. Another thing that helps is Lysing. Again, thank you so much for sharing your experience. Blessings upon you, Joy ----- Original Message ----- From: reikimastersat Sent: Sunday, October 21, 2007 5:54 PM Subject: [ ] got to the list of files finally and discovered a nifty paper on Bell's Palsy.
