BooZhoo JOY,

If I can say this,I would NEVER boil the water.

you have heard of sun brewed tea as being the best...

for some reason,boiling the water gives the tea a

bitter taste.

you can try this yourself..

run hot tap water,put in tea

put in honey[i do!!!]

taste

boil water

put tea in

taste.

you will taste the difference right away!!!!

Oh, thank you for reminding me. :-) Yes, I have made it in the summer time, like that. However, never tried it in the winter. Would probably have to sit the jar in a window facing the sun. Do you make it in the winter? And how?

Oh, on boiling water for tea, after boiling the water, let it sit for a few minutes before adding it to the tea. It shouldn't be bitter then. It's not when I make my teas. But I do agree that the sun tea is the best. :-)

I just use hot water,

sometimes I will put water in my clear -glass coffy

thing,

turn on the heat,

as soon as I see the water start to swirl around,looks

almost like clouds moving in the water,I turn it off,
