Guest guest
Penny pincher Karl bought his Water Pik at the local Wal-Mart, cheap. He was going to order the sinus adaptor from Carol, but when he registered his Water Pik online they offered him free shipping on one from their store, same base price as Carol's, so, well, sorry Carol, I'm a penny pincher. It came with two attachments (one for one set of Water Pik models, the other for another set) and one tip. While waiting for it to arrive in the mail, I followed the advice of Eby and modified one of the tongue-cleaning attachments to use in my nose, by cutting the end off of it -- but that does not seal the nostril like the proper adaptor does. Using a regular attachment can really tear up your nose -- it generates a lot of pressure on a small area. Cheers, Karl W. Re: a beautiful thing its probably cheaper to buy the water pik locally and order the adaptor from carol. i paid 40 bucks for my water pik at bed bath and beyond and i think carol wants $18.95 for the sinus adaptor. believe me, you have to have the adaptor. i tried doing it with the regular pik and made a bloody mess out of my nose which took a couple of days to heal.>> I'm also looking at> > http://www.theallergyreliefcenter.com/store/moreinfo2.cfm/Product_ID/
