Guest guest
Just had my third surgery and WHAT A & * & %r(*# & ! My Goodness - nothing like the first two. This took 4 hours and an overnight stay. Hope this one works -- it better because it is extremely painful. At this point, I don't thi, bruised forehead and eyes . Don't think I could agree to go thru with this again. The other two surgeries were a piece of cake compared with this one -- each by a different dr. This dr said she was very thorough. Any thoughts? Guest guest
Reg, I am so sorry that you have been through such a hard time with this surgery. I can't begin to imagine why this surgery was so extensive. I'd like to assure you that this one will be your last. I've had 13 surgeries. However, I have not had the need for another one in the last year, so far, since I went through aspirin desensitization. You may want to consder this. My thoughts and good wishes are with you. Hang in there. Jane From: wkapikorn <wkapikorn@...>Subject: 3rd surgerysamters Date: Tuesday, June 3, 2008, 3:29 PM Just had my third surgery and WHAT A & * & %r(*# & ! Guest guest
Post surgical problems usually are directly inverted to the skill of the surgeon. The fact that you have bruised eyes would normally indicate that the surgeon became disoriented and was actually grinding on the optical cavity instead of the ethmoid sinus cavity. The overnight stay may have been the result of unusually heavy blood lose. You may not want to use this surgeon again or refer her to others. By the way when this type of packing is pulled out you may experience a broader definition of the word "suction" (humor) -----Original Message-----From: samters [mailto:samters ]On Behalf Of wkapikornSent: Tuesday, June 03, 2008 4:29 PMsamters Subject: 3rd surgery Just had my third surgery and WHAT A & * & %r(*# & ! Guest guest
Reg something doesn’t quite sound right there. I’ve had numerous surgeries and not once have had black eyes or extreme pain. I’m guessing ‘very thorough’ means the doctor could have got a little carried away. Don’t go to that one again. Hope it all improves for you. Guest guest
Did they fix your septum? That would cause the black eyes and swelling and certainly be much more painful. That is what I experienced atleast. Feel better! Tyler Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry 3rd surgery Just had my third surgery and WHAT A & * & %r(*# & !
