Subject: More info on donations for the La Jolla

Reservation Fire Victims

Please forward this email in it's entirety. Thanks.

I have been working directly with the Tribes and NDN

org's in San Diego to get donations to help the fire

victims on La Jolla & Rincon. There is also a more

detailed list of info and items needed on my website

www.NDNnews.com. If you have any questions, please let

me know.

92% of the La Jolla Rez was burned, including 8,679

acres and 59 homes were destroyed. Rincon reservation

lost 3,585 acres and 65 homes.

If you can donate any of the items mentioned in email

below, please either hand deliver or mail to the

following address:

La Jolla Band of eñño Indians

Address: 22000 Hwy 76

Pauma Valley, CA 92061

Gift cards for Wal-Mart or any of the local grocery

stores would be appreciated as well!

Thank you for your support!

In peace & solidarity,

Tamra

Subject: More info on donations for the La Jolla

Reservation

I was able to visit the La Jolla Reservation today and

talk with Calvin who is in charge of

donations and distributions at the La Jolla Gym. They

are in need of batteries, hoses, clothing, shoes and

canned goods. Gift cards would be greatly appreciated.

They also have two refridgerated trailers for

parishable foods.Majority of the La Jolla Tribal

Members will be returning to the Reservation on

Monday.

Please contact Calvin at La Jolla for more

information 760 271-8671. To drop off donations, exit

HWY 76 where the La Jolla Administration sign is and

the Gym is the 1st driveway on your right.

Take care,

e
