Is it the mullein tea? I told you it tastes bad. That's why I mix it with my other ingredients. Anyway the other ingredients do different things.

Ok, people when my computer crashed, I lost my recipe for my brew. I will find it and share it. It helps sinuses, allergies, colds, flus, pneumonia, and upper/lower respiratory problems like asthma. Many people have used it and it works. I developed it for myself because I was staying sick many years ago.

I can tell you, but my recipe has a lot more information. Blessings, Joy

Not sinugreek, sugar. It's fenugreek, a spice with antibiotic properties. Does other things too. I have used it for at least 15 years. :-) I use it when I have any kind of infection. The body does not build up a resistance to it, like it does with pharmaceuticals. Love, Joy

PS. You just gave me a reason for talking about Fenugreek. Thank You.

A blessing for food given by Sananda: "In God I trust that what I am about to eat will serve my body well and what is no longer necessary for the nourishment of my body will pass through and I will not retain anything that no longer serves me" . This I pray before eating anything at any time. Love, Ellie
