Hello everyone. This week the derm said the outbreak on the left side

of my neck and head is shingles; this is my first known outbreak. I

would greatly appreciate direction, tips and guidance from this group.

There are many questions going through my mind and I am eager to

learn from you. Thanks so much!

When i get burning pain on my skin due to shingles, i apply coconut oil with

lavander oil and the pain disappears.  I also ingest coconut oil with turmeric

and black pepper.  The " pimple " and the burning pain go away in a day.
